There are 10 agencies in Los Angeles County that provide Resource and Referral (R&R) Services. Each R&R agency provides FREE child care information & child care referrals to families, FREEtechnical assistance & trainings to child care providers, and FREE referrals to community resources.

Subsidized Child Care Programs, also known as Alternative Payment (AP) Programs, include General AP, CalWORKs Stage 1, CalWORKs Stage 2, and CalWORKs Stage 3 programs.
